Shipping Issues/Refunds
Do you offer refunds? What if my items are damaged? I do not offer refunds or exchanges. I pack items as carefully as possible so unfortunately if an item is damaged that is the fault of the mail carrier.
I haven't recieved my items, what can I do? I currently ship untracked so please be patient, I'm sure it is on its way! If you suspect it has been lost or stolen, please contact your local post office.
I used the wrong address, can I update it? If it is within reasonable time after placing your order, send me an email and I can get it fixed! If I have already shipped the item out, it's out of my control. If the item returns to me I can ship it out again, but you will have to pay for the shipping cost again.
